Twirl Neon

– Mở 1 file mới kích thước 200×100 với nền là màu đen
gõ chữ bạn thích vào,sau đó nhấn ctrl+E

– Vào Filter >> Blur >> Gaussian Blur chọn Set the radius to 1.2 pixels
tiếp tục Filter >> Stylize >> Solarize

– Nhấn ctrl+shift+L vào Filter >> Disort >> Polar coordinates and choose “polar to rectangular”,tiếp tục chọn Filter >> Stylize >> Wind >> from right

vào Filter >> Disort >> Polar coordinates and choose “rectangular to polar”

– Nhấn ctrl+shift+L,vào Filter >> Disort >> Polar coordinates and choose “polar to rectangular” sau đó Filter >> Stylize >> Wind >> from left this time,vào Filter >> Disort >> Polar coordinates and choose “rectangular to polar”

– Cuối cùng vào Hue/Satursation để set màu mà bạn thích
